Welcome to Red Dog of Christmas. For the next two weeks I will be sharing posts all about the amazing indie publisher that is Red Dog Press. A publisher i came across on twitter and joined the blog tour for Tainted Love by T.S Hunter and never looked back since.
Over the next two weeks i will be posting new reviews and looking back at reviews, chatting with the authors and looking at some covers. I was going to post a schedule of what was to come but decided to leave it as a surprise although i will tell you all that next Monday kicks off a whole week of all things Soho Noir.
So why Red Dog Press? Well aside from the fact they are amazing, down to earth and one of the most supportive publishers out there. The books! Each book that Red Dog publish i love literally love. I get lost and absorbed in them and later on in the week i will tell you all about two books i beta read and have been and will be published by Red Dog.
The Merchandise……. Red Dog do some lovely merchandise from mugs to bookmarks and badges, and yes i own a few. Okay when i say a few i mean i own the badges, all the bookmarks and so far one mug but don’t panic i plan on adding a few more mugs in 2020.
Each book you buy direct from Red Dog comes beautifully packaged in red paper and a red dog sticker, its like receiving a present in the post each time you order, perfect present for the bookworm in your life or if your like me for yourself.
Red Dog have totally rocked their first year and with the amazing dogs at the helm they will go far. I mean they even have a Readers club.
You can pop onto the website Reddogpress.co.uk and sign up to the readers club where you will receive a free ebook, discount in the shop and you will be the first to hear about any offers, giveaways and events. I mean you wouldn’t want to miss out on any of that now would you?
Do i still have your attention?
Oh Good you haven’t ran away yet or got bored and dropped off.
Red Dog Press started to feed their passion for reading thrillers with a bit of a twist. Well its safe to say they have done that …. kicking off with The Cuckoo Wood by one of the founders M.Sean Coleman.
I’m sure you all know why Red Dog is called Red Dog and that’s thanks to the three gorgeous Hungarian Vizslas. I love seeing their photos pop up on twitter to cheer me up.
Also if you check out the website then you can follow their blog as well as shop. It takes real willpower to just read the blog and not then end up shopping because you know books.
I shall be back tomorrow when we kick off a Q and A with the newest dog to join the Kennel and another look at the gorgeous cover for his debut novel. The man who really needs no introduction as he is the Mac Daddy …….. Chris McDonald. Until then have a lovely Monday.
